Location: Troy Michigan – hybrid to start and then 100%remote work from home
** MUST BE LOCATED IN THE BIRMINGHAM-TROY MICHIGAN AREA TO BE AVAILABLE FOR IN OFFICE MEETINGS AND TRAINING

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

Kelly Services is seeking a data-driven, detail-obsessed Operations Analyst on behalf of our client, a company that provides restoration services to Fortune 500 clients across the U.S. This is a great opportunity to use your analytical skills to directly impact business performance and growth.
 
What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain weekly/monthly reports on KPIs across operational functions
• Analyze trends and escalate issues to senior leadership
• Provide data-backed recommendations to improve operational outcomes
• Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes
• Partner with operational leaders to align metrics with goals
• Identify ways to streamline data collection and ensure accuracy
• Own ad hoc and strategic reporting for key initiatives

 
What You Bring:

• 5+ years analyzing operational or business data
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement principles (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Math, or similar field (preferred)
• Strong communicator with a sharp eye for patterns and anomalies
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
