Kelly is hiring an Operations IT Business Process Specialist for a 12 + month Contract role with one of our prestigious clients based out in Midland, MI 48640 - On site 4 days/week; 1 optional remote day.

Location: Midland, MI 48640.
Employment Type: 12-month contract
On site 4 days/week; 1 optional remote day
Pay is $24-26/hr.

Primary Responsibilities

The role is office based, requiring strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds—experience levels from 0–3 years are acceptable as long as the individual demonstrates strong learning agility and foundational administrative or training coordination capabilities

- Assists learning leader with implementing the learning strategy and associated plans that meet global, business and functional learning objectives.
- Initiates the development and maintenance of learning resources to support the organizations learning strategy.
- Works closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure efficient and effective implementation of learning initiatives.
- Implements role-based curricula consistent with the organization's learning strategy.
- Establishes and ensures ongoing resource support for onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Demonstrated communication and editorial skills.
- Detail-oriented, adherence to prioritization and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative team player, thrives in fast-paced environment.

Experience & Education
• Experience: 0–3 years in training coordination, learning management, administrative support, or related fields.
• Preferred: Exposure to LMS platforms, training programs, or coordination roles.
• Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree not required, equivalent experience acceptable.

Technical
• Microsoft Outlook – must be highly comfortable with scheduling, shared calendars, and functional mailboxes.
• Microsoft Excel – moderate skills required (must understand VLOOKUP, data entry, workbook navigation).
• Microsoft PowerPoint – strong formatting and presentation editing skills required.
• General Microsoft Office proficiency.
