Operations Specialist
Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 3 months (5 days/week), then hybrid (4 days/week)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a 3-person operations team responsible for managing account balancing, identifying breaks, and ensuring timely resolution. This role focuses on accuracy, communication, and strong analytical skills to maintain the integrity of internal processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Balancing and reconciling accounts within defined timelines
- Identifying breaks and investigating root causes
- Communicating with the responsible team or individuals to correct issues
- Ensuring breaks are fully resolved and documented
- Processing operational transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and SLAs
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, ability to work with macros)
- Experience with reconciliation and balancing accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn quickly and listen actively
- High accuracy and strong analytical capability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management and organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability to changing processes and priorities
