Why should you consider a position as an operations Supervisor

  • 6:00am -2:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and direct print production activities to meet customer deadlines and company objectives
    • Establish production priorities in alignment with operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
    • Review and revise production schedules, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated
    • Oversee day-to-day operations including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and quality assurance
    • Ensure production processes follow safety, compliance, and quality standards
    • Analyze workflow, staffing needs, and production metrics to improve efficiency
    • Supervise, train, and support production staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment
    • Communicate effectively with team members regarding safety updates, performance expectations, project timelines, and company policies
    • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for safety and production quality

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a print production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in interpreting production schedules and labor requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting
