Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a contract Operations Supervisor to work at a premier National Parts Distribution Center (NPDC) in Livonia, MI. Sound like something you're interested in? $26 / hr
Hours: 3:30 pm – 12 am Duration: 18 months

What's a typical day as Operations Supervisor? You'll be:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of UAW staff in the NPD Operation, ensuring adherence to health and safety management protocols.
• Managing manpower planning, inventory management, and quality assurance processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitoring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), processing aging materials, and conducting back checks to uphold standard operating procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess a combination of education and relevant experience in Warehouse, Distribution, or Production Operations.
• Have experience supervising UAW/Union employees and a proven track record of working closely with operations teams and management.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
