
Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations/Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and operations team in a temporary, short-term role, 4-6 months.
The Operations/Warehouse Associate will assist with a range of warehouse and operational duties, including order processing, shipping and receiving, kit inspections, inventory management, and data entry into ERP systems. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer needs while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and prepare customer orders, including pulling materials, filling surgical kits, packing, and staging for delivery
Enter and manage orders in the ERP system
Inspect and audit surgical kits for quality and completeness
Receive, restock, and maintain inventory levels
Assist with cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
Support special projects or tasks as assigned by leadership
Ensure accurate documentation and report completion
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of warehouse experience (medical device industry preferred, especially spine segment)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with ERP systems highly desired
Comfortable working with small components and reading detailed part/lot numbers
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed of at least 35–45 WPM preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, talk, and hear regularly
Occasionally required to stand, walk, handle small items, and reach
Must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
Work may involve use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots
Short term 4-6 months assignment
$20-$22 an hour
