Order Picker Driver – 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.70/hour

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Training Schedule (first week): 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 6 months (with possible extension)

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Order Picker Drivers to support warehouse operations by retrieving, verifying, and staging materials for shipment. Candidates must be comfortable operating an order picker at various heights, following detailed instructions, and working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities-
Follow all safety protocols, warehouse guidelines, and company procedures at all times.

Perform daily inspections of order picker equipment and promptly report any issues.

Operate an order picker to accurately retrieve items from designated storage locations.

Use an RF gun to verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy.

Stage picked orders for packing, processing, or shipping.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to meet daily operational goals.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous warehouse, order picking, or equipment operation experience is a plus.

Ability to operate or learn to operate an order picker and RF scanner.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders.

Ability to lift and move materials within company-specified weight limits.

Reliable attendance and commitment to working the assigned shift.
