Location: York, PA
Standard Hours: 7:00AM to 3:00PM Monday thru Friday
Overtime schedule frequently works 6:00AM to 4:00PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 hourly

Pick and Pack Worker - The Order Picker/Packer will perform all tasks associated with the proper operation of zones designated for picking and packaging products for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and make labels and boxes based on zone and priority.
Use lift truck to move cartons and skids through out staging zones
Determine and build packaging based on product size.
Use equipment to determine location of box contents.
Verify product number to the Stock Keeping Unit SKU label.
Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks.
Order additional products from other locations when stock is low.
Move boxes to additional zones when complete.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product/service, including reporting non-conforming materials.
Reports unusual conditions or questionable items to supervisor.
Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.
Keeps work areas clean and orderly.
Maintains records as required.
Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Previous distribution or warehouse experience.
Previous forklift experience.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work overtime hours more than 40 hours per week and Saturdays as required.
Able to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to consistently move in a full range of motion.
Able to stand for long periods of time
