Pay Rate: $19.00 hr.
Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 8am to 5pm.

What's a typical day as an Order Processing Specialist? You'll be:
• Handling product login and dispositions of completed studies
• Receiving, delivering, and updating open order tracker
• Updating item receipts in QuickBooks
• Answering questions regarding supply and product
• Corresponding with sponsors to confirm product arrival, disposition, and returns
• Logging in the lab samples and getting them to the lab that is doing the testing
• Ensuring the received samples are stored properly in the freezer, fridge, or on a shelf
• Opening boxes, labeling product according to receipts and invoices, coordinating with the lab staff to deliver or pick up lab samples
• Moving or lifting items greater than 45lbs daily
• Requires very close attention to detail to remember codes and meet daily codes
