Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hr

What's a typical day as an Order Puller? You'll be:
• Retrieving and fulfilling sales orders using a handheld scanning device, quickly and accurately
• Operating fulfillment application on a handheld device
• Operating manual pallet jacks and carts
• Using tape guns for making and sealing boxes for shipping
• Using UPS World Ship to weigh, label, and ship packages to customers
• Acting as a Team Lead to train temporary employees using the "TWT" training method and overseeing temporary employees in pulling and packaging orders during the busy season

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Have one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Have the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Have good vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
