Kelly Services is seeking an overnight Customer Service Representative for a busy Distributor located in Apopka, FL 32703.

Job Summary We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on inbound and outbound customer interactions, order processing, and support. Essential Functions
  • Order Processing:
    Receive and enter customer orders via telephone, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Evaluate and, if needed, modify orders to best serve customer needs.
  • Information Dissemination:
    Share information with customers regarding orders, products, promotions, and ordering/training processes.
  • Documentation Management:
    Handle various documents, including load plans, bills of lading, driver trip records, order adjustments, variances, special deliveries, credits/debits, shortage reports, and product complaints.
  • Form Distribution:
    Print and distribute customer order forms to streamline and optimize the ordering process, maintaining customer and product requirements.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate customer files and records to support Customer Service functions.
  • Other Duties:
    Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • 2 years of relevant customer service or order processing experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Basic understanding of order processing concepts and procedures
  • Familiarity with office equipment (PCs, copiers, fax machines, calculators, etc.)
  • Awareness of products and promotions
  • Customer-service techniques and concepts
  • PC skills: word processing and spreadsheet applications (Word/Excel)
  • Effective verbal and written communication and coordination with internal/external customers
  • Complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to quality
