This is more than a packaging role — it's an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and quality-focused operation that directly impacts our product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $19.76
Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a Packaging Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Executing packaging processes according to SOPs in an FDA and/or GMP-regulated environment
  • Printing, inspecting, and shipping labels using UPS/FedEx desktop systems
  • Performing quality checks and verifying product drawings and instructions for use (IFUs)
  • Processing product returns through the Veripac machine and packaging repackaged items
  • Conducting compliance checks and completing transactions in JDE and BtB systems
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of packaging materials (labels, boxes, ribbons, IFUs, etc.)
  • Collaborating across departments while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Experience and Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership
  • Comfort with making decisions and managing risks with limited information


Experience and Skills Preferred:
  • Experience in an FDA and/or GMP-regulated environment (required)
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience using systems such as Worldwide Labeling, Windchill, JDE, BtB, Compliance Wire, and SUMMIT
  • Previous experience in packaging, quality control, or logistics
  • Certification in relevant operational or compliance systems
