Packaging Operator – Holley, NY (Temp-to-Hire)

Kelly Services is hiring Packaging Operators for a manufacturing facility in Holley, NY. This temp-to-hire position offers multiple shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $17.54/hour

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.04/hour (includes $1.50 shift differential)

Rotating Schedule available

Role Overview:
As a Packaging Operator, you'll run packaging machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating packaging equipment and monitoring production output.
• Conducting regular inspections of products and machinery.
• Cleaning and preparing machines between jobs.
• Following safety protocols, including proper PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Reporting any issues with equipment, safety, or production to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Motivated and dependable, ready to learn and work scheduled shifts.
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely throughout the facility.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
