Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs and logs daily safety checks
  • Performs validation checks on completed product to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follows and adheres to all OSHA safety policies and regulations
  • 100% ESD compliance when handling parts
  • Clean, inspect, sand, fill and patch components.
  • Paint prepped components, refurbish equipment
  • Non-automotive painting 
  • Manage drying and quality inspection process
  • Re-sand/paint, etc. as needed
  • Paint/Sand Room maintenance
  • Physically removes parts from imaging systems using a variety of tools and methods
  • Ensures all recoverable parts are properly removed and logged in work order system
  • Assists in system transport (in house, throughout building) and part transport within facility

Education / Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or relative experience
  • 1-3 years in a professional paint/body shop
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms a plus
  • Experience in ISO certification(s) a plus
  • Experience with medical equipment/parts a plus
  • ESD training a plus
