Kelly is assisting our client in Superior, WI with a Administrative/Typist Clerk role. This is a long-term opportunity.

The basics of working in this position include:
  • answer and screen telephone calls and greet the general public
  • sort and file bills, receipts, incoming mail and a variety of documents
  • use a word processing system to prepare routine orders
  • maintain operational records
  • operate office equipment
  • verify information on forms

  • 1+ years of experience in general office clerical work
  • Knowledge of office procedures and practices, including filing methods and preparation of business reports
