Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Winneconne, WI
- Pay Rate: $24 to $26/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
