Job Title: Pick and Pack Associate
Location: – Mocksville, NC
Pay Rate: $19.54 per hour
Shift Hours: 7:50 PM – 8:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Nights (Sample schedule to be provided at orientation)
Start Date: Tuesday, July 7, 2025 (subject to onboarding completion)
Orientation: Typically held afternoons in Statesville or Zoom
Training Schedule: Day shift – 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

This is a Pick and Pack position supporting the production floor at Avgol Non-Woven. You will be responsible for inspecting, wrapping, and labeling finished materials, along with assisting in product recycling procedures. This is a physically demanding role in a high-temperature, fast-paced environment.

Shift: 7:50 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour night shift)

? Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (will be shared with candidates)

?? Training: First 5 days on day shift (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri)

Pay: $19.54 per hour

Inspect rolls of finished product

Wrap and label products to specification
-
Use a tape measurer and perform basic math to verify size and counts

Assist with die scraping and waste disposal on the 2nd floor

May be required to work on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the production line

Participate in recycling processes and maintain a clean work environment

Required from employee: Steel-toed shoes (slip-resistant preferred)

Non-climate-controlled facility – it gets very hot

Fast-paced, physical work environment

You may not leave campus during breaks
