Job Title: Pick and Pack Associate
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Type: Temp-to-Hire
No Traveling Required
Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Pay:
  • 2nd Shift:$21.50/hour
  • 3rd Shift: $23.00/hour
Job Overview:
Pick and Pack Workers help maintain efficient production and packaging operations at our Franklin Park facility. These temp-to-hire roles are essential for supporting material handling, product assembly, and packaging during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and replenish supplies to prevent material shortages; promptly report low stock, damage, or inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Assemble and fold cardboard components for use in packaging.
  • Neatly arrange products into trays, stack trays onto pallets, and prepare items for storage or shipping.
  • Securely wrap products, trays, and cartons with plastic using manual techniques or a wrapping machine to ensure stability.
  • Verify product selection and quantities; apply labels as required.
  • Strictly follow company policies, safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Wear steel toe shoes during all working hours.
  • Consistently attend your assigned shift (2nd or 3rd).
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions appropriately.
  • Steel toe shoes required for safety.
  • No traveling necessary for this role.
  • English proficiency not required, but must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
