Kelly Services is looking for a Pick and Pack Worker, looking to join a dynamic team environment. As one of a team of two in the department, you'll be responsible for assembling and packaging products for shipment, ensuring that all packaging meets required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and sort products for packaging and shipment.
• Clean and wrap products in protective material, using separators when necessary.
• Fabricate cartons and boxes for packaging.
• Count and package parts according to specifications, and label packages accordingly.
• Manage responsibilities related to contract manufacturing hardware, ordering, inventory, and stock.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be mobile for standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience necessary.

Skills Required:

• Good math skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay:

•  $17 - $17.50 per hour (Based on Experience)

Hours:

• 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 

Benefits (upon Temp-to-Hire):

• 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year.
• Paid holidays from day 1.
• Shutdown during the 4th of July week and Christmas week.
• Earned 1/2-day VAP every 32 days of perfect attendance to be used for shutdowns.
• 401K eligibility at 6 months.
• Medical insurance with company/employee 50/50 payment.
