Job Title: Picker Packer 

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Schedule) 
Hours: 12 hours per night, weekly shifts 36-48 hours per week 
Schedule: Rotating Shift (2nd Shift)  

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Job Title: Picker and Packer 
 

Job Purpose 

We are seeking reliable temporary Picker & Packer associates for the night shift in Massachusetts. This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Candidates must be available for rotating 7PM–7AM shifts and able to work 12hrs per night. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Remove die?cut items from stacker or sheet. 

  • Inspect parts and package them in proper sleeves or bags to meet quality and SQF standards. 

  • Place items into correct cartons, apply tape as needed, and label according to company procedures. 

  • Seal master cartons and apply required labels. 

  • Record dates and material carton range on roll stickers. 

  • Perform Form, Fit, and Function Tests as required. 

  • Report any quality issues immediately to management or Quality. 

  • Fill out a Process Inspection Report. 

  • Assemble skids per job traveler instructions. 

  • Complete skids and apply pallet labels correctly. 

  • Ensure all pallet boxes have correct labels and stage pallets for shipment. 

  • Follow all safety rules and SQF regulations. 

  • Maintain a clean work area; sweep floors and return tools to proper locations. 

  • Assist with training and support other departments as needed. 

  • Follow all SQF/ISO compliance requirements. 

Qualifications 

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. 

  • Ability to scan, match, and read labels. 

  • Ability to read and write in English. 

  • Basic math skills. 

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
