Pick and Pack Worker

Position Details:

• Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr + OT available

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers.
• Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning.
• Verify orders and input transactions into an inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment free of debris.
• Comply with quality standards set by warehouse management.

Required Qualifications:

• Willingness to work a flexible shift (including weekends).
• Ability to stand at least 8 hours per day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift items (up to 50 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• 6+ months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
• 6+ months of experience with RF scanning.
• 6+ months of experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory system.
