Location: Conroe, TX 77303
? Pay Rate: $22/hour
? Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
? Employment Type: 6-month contract
? Work Setup: Onsite, manufacturing plant environment

? What's a typical day as a Process Operator II? You will:

  • Uncrate, log, clean, test, and repack reverse osmosis membranes.

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent functionality.

  • Follow documented work instructions and quality procedures.

  • Track materials and record data accurately throughout the process.

  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards.

  • Support plant performance metrics and customer delivery requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a production team.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

  • Experience in a manufacturing, plant, or hands-on labor environment (preferred).

  • Experience using electric pallet jacks or similar equipment (a plus).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (0°F to 120°F).

  • Willingness to wear PPE including hearing protection.
