Job Title: Pouch Making Lead
Department: Manufacturing
Reports to: Pouch Room Supervisor
Classification: Direct Hire
Location: West Bridgewater, MA

Position Overview
The Pouch Making Lead is a hands-on shift leader responsible for operating pouch-making machinery, ensuring product quality, and supervising operators. Key duties include performing quality tests, adhering to the production schedule, maintaining safety, and collaborating across shifts. The position requires attention to detail, forklift experience, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and mechanical aptitude. Candidates should have prior experience with production machinery setup and adjustments. Compensation & Schedule

  • Base Pay: Starts at $20/hour
  • Shift Differentials:
  • 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2 PM–10:30 PM): +$2.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM): +$3.00/hour
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2:30 PM (2–6 weeks; no shift differential during training)

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Forklift experience
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities:

  • Operate pouch-making equipment and ensure product quality
  • Support machine setup, maintenance, and quality control
  • Participate in continuous improvement and team efforts
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and meet efficiency targets

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in high-noise environments
  • Use of safety gear (glasses, gloves, etc.)
