Location: Farmington, CT (Hybrid Schedule After Training)
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Pricing & Availability Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
-
Delivering outstanding internal customer service to the Service and Spare Parts departments
-
Managing and responding to a high volume of incoming tickets
-
Maintaining accurate pricing data for spare parts
-
Researching and determining workflows for non-catalogued parts
-
Following up on pending pricing and setup requests
-
Reviewing and updating current pricing and units of measure

Collaborating with Central Purchasing and Production teams

Handling escalations with urgency and professionalism

Entering and processing requests with accuracy and timeliness

Staying organized while juggling multiple tasks

Completing miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

Have prior customer service experience

Can manage a high volume of email communications

Are a strong communicator—both written and verbal

Have solid organizational and multitasking skills

Are proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally have experience with SAP or other CRM systems

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
