Payrate: $32.00 - 34.00 per hour
Location: Remote in Michigan
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What's a typical day as a Pricing Dispute Analyst? You'll be:
- Managing SAP price dispute cases across all Business Units, ensuring prompt resolution of customer invoice price disputes.
- Supporting Customer Solutions team members throughout the price dispute review process by providing necessary data and analysis.
- Analyzing price dispute information to identify volume, root causes, and financial impacts, while striving to meet a target of 90% case resolution within a 30-day SLA.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in pricing or dispute resolution.
- Have a strong understanding of SAP systems and internal processes, with proven analytical skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
