Printing Machine Operator – UV Press
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible for overtime during peak seasons)
Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate UV printing presses efficiently and safely to produce high-quality prints.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain printing machines to meet job specifications.
• Review and interpret job specifications and production tickets to ensure job accuracy before and during press operation.
• Monitor production runs for quality assurance and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper press operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.

What You'll Need to Qualify:

• Previous experience operating UV printing presses (preferred) or other printing equipment.
• Knowledge of printing processes, inks, coatings, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify print quality issues.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working overtime during peak seasons.
