Pay Rate: up to $30/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: Days: 7am-7pm (rotating days each week) // Night: 7pm-7am (rotating nights each week)

What's a typical day as a Process Technician? You'll be:

• Inputting formulas and specs into computers to run plastic manufacturing machines.
• Doing test runs to see if the quality meets the product specifications.
• Making adjustments as needed to ensure the desired output.
• Working closely with the Machine Operator and Set Up Technician to get machine set up correctly to manufacture plastic pieces.   

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have outstanding diagnostic skills – and like the challenge of problem solving.
• Are able to recognize manufacturing flaws and make adjustments and tweeks to meet the desired specifications.  
• Have worked in a plastic, injection molding, rubber, or chemical manufacturing facility.
• Have patience, grit, and determination. This position requires lots of trial and error. Your ability to continue to work at finding the proper solution will make you successful.
• Have availability to work 12-hour, rotating shifts.
