Location: Libertyville, IL
Pay: 30-36.50/hr
Job Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Night Shift 6pm–6:15am, Rotating Schedule
2+ years of injection mold set-ups and processing experience required

What's a typical day as Process Technician? You'll be:
• Diagnosing and resolving processing-related problems on molding cells, implementing corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness
• Ensuring compliance with established standards for cycle time, quality, safety, and sustainability across all molding processes
• Monitoring machine/process operations and documentation to maintain rigorous quality standards
• Utilizing scientific injection molding troubleshooting techniques for ongoing process improvements
• Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Engineering teams to address equipment and processing issues
• Communicating effectively with prior and oncoming shift personnel regarding daily challenges and solutions
• Organizing raw materials and auxiliary equipment within work cells, working closely with Material Handlers and Machine Attendants
• Supporting company policies including ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety requirements, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have hands-on troubleshooting and processing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Are skilled with problem-solving methodologies and possess basic computer skills
• Have injection molding knowledge and experience using an overhead crane for mold installation (2+ years REQUIRED)
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 80% of each shift
• Are available to work a rotating 6pm–6:15am schedule
