Kelly Services is hiring a Processing Specialist to work with the State of Arizona, located at Phoenix, AZ 85007. This is a 3-month contract role offering hands-on experience in document and payment processing in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 3 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007 (First day onsite for orientation, then remote after orientation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently research, analyze, and validate documents and payments requiring detailed review.

  • Consult procedural manuals for guidance and work with two systems to acquire or correct inaccurate information.

  • Perform mathematical calculations, cross-referencing, and research system and taxpayer errors.

  • Deliver accurate and productive work while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain organization and efficiency while working both on-site and remotely.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of banking credits and debits

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
