Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team for an exciting one-day event on Saturday, 9/6 and 9/7. We are seeking 5 Proctors to ensure a smooth testing experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in educational support roles while earning competitive pay. Training will be provided prior to the event, so no prior experience is necessary. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining a positive testing environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: 9/6 and 9/7
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Pay Rate: Proctors - $20.76/hr
- Shift: Start at 7 AM, typically finishes by 2 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor test-takers to ensure compliance with testing rules
- Prevent unauthorized access to phones or other cheating methods
- Assist in maintaining a quiet and conducive testing environment
- Lead one of the testing rooms as the Room Supervisor
- Provide support and assistance to test-takers as needed
- Participate in a brief training session prior to the event
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in educational settings is a plus, but not required
