Senior Product Manager   

If you're passionate about innovation in education and want to help shape the next generation of nurses, this is your chance. Kelly is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a fast-growing NCLEX testing and assessment platform within the nursing education space.

You'll use lean product principles to test ideas quickly, build meaningful solutions, and drive measurable results. This is a role for a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and delivering products that truly make a difference.

Location: New York, NY (Onsite with possibility of Hybrid)
Payrate: $65–$72/hr depending on experience | Full-time, Long-term opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
  • Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NCLEX portfolio.

  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and customer engagement.

  • Conduct market research and lean experiments to validate features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, content, and sales to bring new solutions to life.

  • Track performance metrics and build business cases for new initiatives.

  • Act as the voice of the customer and product advocate across teams.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or business development.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Background in higher education or educational technology is a plus.

  • Experience with lean product development or agile methods preferred.

  • A mix of strategic thinking, adaptability, and a sense of humor always helps!
