Product Manager (Contract Through June 2026)
Collierville, TN – Onsite
Payrate: $90.54 an hour

As a Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and beyond. You'll steer product direction, build alignment across teams, and ensure each release elevates customer value and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define bold product vision, strategy, and a roadmap that aligns with business priorities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and trends.
  • Gather, refine, and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare documentation including specs, use cases, and release notes.
  • Lead product launches and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.
What You Bring
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.
  • Expertise with product tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, UX fundamentals, and market analysis.
  • Experience using data insights to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required).
  • 6-10+ years of product management, business analysis, or similar experience (preferred).
