Job Opening: Production Assemblers – Carson, CA (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Duration: 2 Months with Temp-to-Hire Potential

Production Assemblers in Carson, CA for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer of Architectural Systems. This is an entry-level role ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-quality architectural systems (Standard, Adaptive, and/or Lighting)
• Operate hand tools and follow detailed assembly and packing procedures
• Record job progress, material usage, and scrap in Shop-Trak
• Conduct inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Identify and report defects; assist with product rework/repairs
• Coordinate part movement to subsequent production steps
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Receive and store raw materials and components
• Meet daily production and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces

• No prior experience required – training provided!
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Reliable and punctual
