Job Title: Production Assembly Associate
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $15/hr to start
Potential for full-time hire and pay increase to $18/hr after 90 days Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Production Assembly Associates to join our team in Bloomingdale, GA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for advancement. If you are detail-oriented and eager to grow in a manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather required parts and materials per work orders or blueprints.
  • Assemble products accurately using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect finished items for quality standards; report any defects.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor part inventories and alert supervisors when supplies run low.
  • Address minor issues during the assembly process.
  • Follow all safety procedures on the production floor.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good manual dexterity; able to work with small parts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
  • Able to comprehend technical documents and blueprints.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
Work Environment:
Our supportive factory environment includes assembly lines and cleanroom settings for electronics, with opportunities to build skills and work with a team assembling products for various industries.
Benefits:
