Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. This role involves operating equipment and assembling medical devices in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise procedures to ensure product quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate hot pouch sealer and perform manual taping operations
• Accurately fill pouches with liquid, remove air bubbles, and seal
• Weigh filled pouches to ensure proper liquid contents
• Assemble finished medical devices and calibrate blood gas analyzers
• Perform pre-fill testing using lab equipment and document analyzer results
• Generate and apply barcode labels for traceability
• Conduct visual inspections of parts per quality standards
• Complete final packaging and boxing of solution packs
• Perform daily cycle counts of production materials
• Accurately complete routers and maintain production records
• Use Excel and other computer-based tools to track and document activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision and consistency
• Prior experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with QSR/GMP standards and documentation
• Experience with basic lab techniques (micropipetting, pipetting, weighing) a plus
