About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking Production Associates to join a growing team in Cato, NY. This company is a trusted producer of high-quality nutrition bars distributed nationwide. Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our workforce.
This is an entry-level opportunity—no prior manufacturing experience required. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a supportive environment.
 
What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently assist in the production of nutrition bars
• Operate and monitor production line equipment (training provided)
• Maintain product quality and report any issues
• Perform rework and repackaging as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

 
Shift Availability (Monday–Friday)

• 1st Shift: 4:00am – 12:30pm — $17/hr
• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:45pm — $17/hr
• 1st Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm — $17/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm — $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am — $20/hr

 
Pay & Benefits

• $16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)
• Weekly pay
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential

 
Who We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Reliable transportation to Cato, NY (13033)
