Position Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves supporting daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Assemble, inspect, and package products as per specifications
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
