Now Hiring: Assembly Workers – Food Production Facility (Chicago Heights, IL)

Location: Chicago Heights, IL
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday)
Mandatory Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Work Environment: Temperature-controlled facility, typically 50–60°F

We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Workers to join a growing food production facility in Chicago Heights, IL. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and want steady, full-time employment in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform assembly and production tasks in accordance with company standards
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work in a food manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or GED required
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory Saturday overtime
