We're currently hiring Production Associates for a growing industrial filter manufacturing facility in Lima, NY. Available Shifts
B Shift:

  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday
Training (for B Shift):
  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 1–2 weeks (if available)
 
What You'll Be Doing 
As a Production Associate at this industrial filter manufacturing facility you'll be involved in key activities that support the production of precision filtration components used across industries (e.g., air intake, liquid process, and industrial systems):
  • Operating, setting up, and monitoring production machinery to cut, roll, weld, pleat, or shape filter materials precisely
  • Fabricating and assembling industrial filter media and housings that help capture contaminants from air, liquid, and gas streams
  • Interpreting blueprints, product specifications, and written work instructions to build custom and stock filter elements
  • Conducting in-process quality checks to ensure performance standards and product integrity
  • Recording production metrics, inspection results, and material usage in standard logs and reports
  • Handling and preparing raw materials and finished filter parts for further processing or shipment
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices safely and accurately
  • Helping maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant production environment by following safety protocols and PPE requirements
 
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Enjoy hands-on, physically active work
  • Have basic math and reading skills
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Are flexible and open to cross-training in departments like Slitting, Cores, or Pleating
  • Can wear required PPE and obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
