Description

Kelly is hiring Production Associates on behalf of a global manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools and engineered components used in the aerospace, defense, transportation and oil and gas drilling industries.

1st Shift – 8 Hours $17.50 
2nd & 3rd Shift – 8 & 12 Hour Shifts Available - $18.50

Both shifts will receive an increase upon full-time hire

Responsibilities:

• Place inserts in appropriate predetermined fixturing according to process
• Perform quality inspection and quantity verification of incoming product prior to coating Originate documentation to accompany heats through the Coating Focused Factory Visually inspect coated carbide inserts with unaided eye and microscope
• Verify product and style match route card
• Accurately record necessary information
• Transfer inserts to next work center
• Conduct daily housekeeping of work area

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred but NOT required
• Possess basic math skills and the ability to understand oral and written instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
