Production Coordinator

Location: Foxborough, MA
Pay: $60,000–$70,000 per year
Shift: 1st | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Production Manager in planning, overseeing, and coordinating daily production activities
  • Create and manage detailed production schedules based on orders, inventory, and plant capacity
  • Monitor raw material inventories and coordinate timely delivery to the production floor
  • Process and update work orders, track progress, and address bottlenecks
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards and coordinate with quality inspectors
  • Collaborate with engineering to implement process changes and submit improvement requests
  • Participate hands-on in production as needed to support on-time delivery
  • Generate reports on production performance, volumes, and cost analysis
What You Need to Succeed
  • Manufacturing experience: 3+ years (cable and wire preferred)
  • Supervisory/coordination: 2+ years in a production or similar environment
  • Knowledge of: ERP/MRP software, manufacturing processes, and quality standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 9001/13485 a plus)
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
