Job Title: Production Helper III
Location: 365 Audubon Rd, Wakefield, MA 02458
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (Overtime and Saturday shifts possible) Summary:
Join our production team where you'll play a vital role in safely producing quality corrugated packaging products. You will learn to operate high-speed machinery, inspect products, and help maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate corrugator and converting machines (training provided)

Perform quality checks and monitor for product defects

Set up materials and machines per production specs

Perform routine maintenance and adjustments

Follow safety protocols and housekeeping standards

Collaborate with team members and assist new hires

Load/unload materials and assist in various production tasks

Physically able to lift 25 lbs. and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Basic English literacy (reading instructions, labels)

Able to read tape measure and identify defects
-
Strong attention to detail and reliability
-
High-speed/high-volume production experience preferred

Open to overtime and Saturday work
