1st shift ~ Temp to Hire ~ 6:00am to 2:30pm ~ $22.00 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical precision components
- Identify and document defects
- Follow documented work instructions
Required Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (e-mail, MS Office, ERP Systems, etc.)
- Ability to read and write in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Experience:
- MUST HAVE 2 years in assembly or electro-mechanical/high-volume manufacturing
- Experience in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments
- Familiarity with 5S standards and work in regulated fields like aerospace or medical
