Location: Omak, WA
Position Type: Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift (must be flexible)
Compensation:

Level II – $35.25/hr + shift differential

Level III – $37.25/hr + shift differential

We are currently seeking skilled Production Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support critical operations on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Position Overview

The Production Maintenance Technician III is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency while contributing to the success of continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a proven track record in preventive maintenance programs, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, including PLCs and robotics.

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive maintenance program.

Track and manage assets, monitor equipment downtime/uptime, and support continuous improvement projects.

Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure safe equipment operation and workplace conditions, following all site health and safety regulations.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet facility goals and objectives.

Complete required documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and work orders.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED.

5–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in food manufacturing or production environments).

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Experience in PLCs, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting.

Forklift certification.

Strong computer and math skills.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Vocational/Technical training, or related field.

Proven experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts as needed.

Competitive hourly pay ($35.25 – $37.25/hr based on level, plus shift differentials).
