Production Operator – Focus on CNC, Wire Saw, and Grinding Operations

A fast-paced manufacturing facility near Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Production Operator with a strong background in metal manufacturing. While the primary focus is on CNC operation, this role also involves working with wire saws, grinders, and other equipment. Candidates must be flexible and open to working in various areas of the plant as needed.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate and monitor CNC machines, wire saws, grinders, and other production equipment.

Perform quality checks and inspections on metal components to ensure adherence to specifications.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

Support production flow by cross-training and working in different departments across the plant floor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Experience in CNC operation, preferably in a metal manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with wire saws, grinding operations, or similar equipment is a strong plus.

Willingness and flexibility to cross-train and work across multiple production areas.

Ability to work a DuPont schedule (rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends).

Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Previous experience in high-volume or precision metal production.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and basic quality systems.
