Production Operator I – Join Our Team!
We are seeking dependable Production Operator I team members to support our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production by assisting with equipment, packaging, and other production tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup, order changes, and overall production support
- Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
- Operate scrap grinder and support recycling processes
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and food safety guidelines
Break Policy
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- One 30-minute paid lunch break
- Successful completion of Packer I and Production Operator I assessments (forming or printing)
- Ability to read and follow safety and operating instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Thermoforming Department
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- Shift Schedule:
- A Shift: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- B Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- C Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Shift Differential:
- $1.00/hour for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- No differential for hours worked between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
- Shift Schedule:
- E & G Shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- F & H Shifts: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Shift Differential:
- $1.00/hour for hours worked between 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- No differential for hours worked between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
