Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Franklin, KY

Reports To: Operations Manager

Department: Production

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary

Shift: Cycle 2/2/3

Hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

Salary: $75,000 annually

Job Summary:

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful manufacturing operations while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate professional conduct with integrity and respect.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
  • Promote workplace safety and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage hourly employees.
  • Develop and train employees for optimum performance.
  • Maintain product quality and communicate performance metrics.
  • Partner with support groups to achieve production and operational objectives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping and managing employee requests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in supervisory roles within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting required.
  • Occasionally lift/carry materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, gripping, climbing, and balancing.

Work Level: Light to medium work involving tools up to 10 pounds and materials up to 50 pounds.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill further duties as needed to support company operations.
