Production Supervisor– Sterling Heights, MI ($39/hour, Onsite Only)
Position Description:
• Work with OEMs for equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and EzMaxMobile
• Work with plant maintenance teams to properly set up Maximo with new assets
• Work with OEMs, plant maintenance to identify and properly document PMs, visual job plans, etc.
• Create and maintain launch Maintenance Operating System (MOS) status documentation and scorecard for program. Work with plant, OEMs and PTME to meet MOS timing and deliverables
• Oversee spare part scrub meetings, verify 1295s, attachment to assets, critical spares, etc.
• Develop “Launch MOS Readiness Assessment” by line, station, etc.
• Daily supervision and coordination of all hourly employees
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity
• Lead role in resolving machining related concerns, increase machine availability and MTTR
• Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements

- Maintenance planning and execution in manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, 8D/5Why, 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Value Stream Mapping
- DMAIC/DMADV (DFSS), Kaizen, FMEA, PPAP, DOE, Visual Factory Management, Ergonomic analysis
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Fully onsite
- Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Required
