Pay Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Shift:

• B Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

(Overtime as needed during peak production)

About the Role:

Kelly Services is recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity at a busy print manufacturing facility in Rochester, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead production operations, ensure quality, and foster a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations and meet/exceed production targets
• Train, coach, and mentor production staff to improve skills and performance
• Manage labor, attendance, and enforce company policies
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement workflow improvements
• Ensure safety standards and quality controls are consistently followed
• Communicate effectively between production teams and management
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Mechanical/process knowledge preferred, print or bindery experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation (site not accessible by bus)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move frequently throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a moderately loud manufacturing environment
