Production Technician – 1st Shift | $16.00/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

Looking for a steady full-time role in manufacturing? We're hiring Production Technicians to join our day shift team at a clean, organized facility in Lima, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in machine operation, quality inspection, or general production work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour (paid weekly)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Load and unload materials from production equipment
  • Operate press and lamination machines safely and accurately
  • Inspect finished products for flaws and ensure they meet specifications
  • Record production data clearly and correctly
  • Prepare and label boxes for shipping and packaging
  • Support overall cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Follow all safety rules and report issues promptly

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production work preferred
  • Reliable transportation – no public transit available
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and solid attendance record
